Located on a prominent site in El Garraf Park, with its rich geology and vegetation, Eramprunyà Castle dates from the medieval period and is over one thousand years old. Ringed by sheer cliffs, it may be approached only from the west, making it a strategic point for the control and domination of the territory.

Since it is currently undergoing a process of research and consolidation, the castle precinct is closed to the public.

To learn more about this spectacular historical site, there are guided visits to the castle on the second Sunday of each month (except in summer), organised by the volunteers of the Unió Muntanyenca Eramprunyà. Advance booking required
