The Josep Aragay Municipal Museum of Breda was founded in 1974 and is located in the old church of Santa Maria, from the 12th century. Monographically dedicated to the nineteenth-century artist Josep Aragay i Blanchar (Barcelona 1889 – Breda 1973), it has an important collection of paintings, ceramics, drawings and etchings.
