In 2004, the Mina Victoria was reopened as a museum mine. The visit to the operation is on a circular hiking route where the landscape and environment complement the tour.
\ \The walking itinerary starts at the Bassa d'Arres lake, following signs showing a wagon. It is approximately a two-hour hike in which you can see the different elements preserved from the mining facilities (buildings, scales, galleries, etc.).
\ \Halfway, we find the engine room, fitted out as a visitor centre, where we will be accompanied by a guide to visit the Sacòsta gallery (200 m long) and see the different methods of mining of the ore. From here, the route takes us through the upper galleries, back to the Bassa d’Arres.
\ \We recommend mountain boots, water and warm clothes (inside the gallery, 9ºC).
