Located in a former farm in the village of Freginals, the interpretation centre houses a permanent exhibition for the interpretation and dissemination of the natural values of the Montsià Mountains and the evolution of human activities in the area between the Iberian period and the present day.

It also explains the heritage of the municipality and its surroundings and is the starting point for several signposted itineraries with interpretative areas around the Montsià and Freginals Mountains.

The facility also has a multipurpose room for educational activities, temporary exhibitions and cultural events.
