In 975 the monk Emeterio and the nun Ende (one of the few female artists mentioned in medieval times) finished this Beatus, which is now on display in Girona. It is one of the manuscripts with the highest number of illuminated pages, as it features 284 pages with Visigoth script, all featuring polychrome.
