This large vessel was located at the bottom of the well at the Can Xercavins settlement. Its size makes it hard to believe that it had been used to draw water from the well; it is more likely to have been thrown inside the well when it was no longer used. The well at Can Xercavins is a major work of hydraulic construction built over 2,300 years ago, which when excavated had a depth of more than 13 metres.
