The courtyard occupies the space between the two wings of the house. The paving is a marble mosaic in three colours, creating plant motifs and the inscription ’SALVE’.

To the north, a large wrought-iron grille decorated with garlands and roses separates the house from the gardens. The rose was the most common and most transformed plant motif in Terrassa in the modernista applied arts.

The French-style garden is trapezoidal in shape, and has a central pond. The auxiliary buildings were originally used as wine cellars, garage, storage, chicken coop and home for tenant farmers.
