This is a circular loom with a large diameter with a jacquard selector and eight feeding sets. The jacquard mechanisms allowed the patterns to be changed, along with the colours and the flexibility of the knit fabric, which could easily be adapted to manufacture new items, such as sports jerseys, bathing costumes and outerwear. After the 1920s, these pieces were in huge demand among consumers, and fashion because a key factor in manufacturing and started to determine the technological changes, such as the manufacture of large-diameter circular looms. During this era, this kind of loom was imported from Germany.
