An iron helmet and nape protector from the Pedrera necropolis (Vallfogona de Balaguer - Térmens). This specimen is of the Alpine Celtic type and has therefore been related to the world beyond the Pyrenees. It may therefore be a helmet with an added nape protector, which is exceptional for these kinds of pieces in the Iberian peninsula, where both pieces are usually a single unit made entirely in bronze. They quite probably come from the tomb of a warrior and date from the end of the 4th century BC.
