A mill consisting of two identical cylindrical stones. One is placed horizontally on a base formed of eight pieces of stone that slope towards the middle where there is a majolica receptacle to collect the olive paste. The other is placed vertically and held by a wooden axle fixed to the wall. It also had a wooden chute with a dosifier for a gradual and consistent apportioning of the olives.
