An ecological garden is a garden that is cultivated without any synthetic chemical products or fertilisers. It is a way of living in harmony with nature and with respect for our natural heritage.

In each of these cultivation areas, you can see how the watering system works down to the partition bricks common to a garden designed using the parades en crestall system. The areas are organised into terraces with precise measurements of 1.5 metres wide and 3 metres long, and in groups so that the crops can be rotated in four-year cycles.
