Mural depicting the different stages in the traditional cultivation of wheat, Llucià Navarro, 1984. Museum of Rural Life.

This mural, created in 1984, is the work of Llucià Navarro. It is divided into three parts. The first depicts sowing. In the second, a man is reaping the wheat with a sickle while a woman is gathering the wheat into sheaves. In the third one, which depicts the threshing, two farmers are in a threshing floor: one is leading three animals while the other is zealously fanning. On the lower part, a sheaf of wheat and an earthenware jug are painted, while on the side a hen and a goose are eating the grains of wheat that have been left on the threshing floor.
