This was the first dinosaur to be identified in Catalonia at the end of the last century. This herbivorous dinosaur lived in groups and frequented Cretaceous riverbeds.
The reconstruction that can be seen is the result of the collaboration between science and art. The proportions of the body have been obtained from the sizes of the various bones recovered. The shape and arrangement of the feet have been established thanks to the numerous fossil footprints left by these animals. Finally, features such as the shape of the skull and the appearance of the skin have been based on fossils of other species of dinosaurs very close to the pararhabdodon.
