This altarpiece, now dismantled, presided over the apse in the Sant Feliu de Girona church until the Spanish Civil War. It currently occupies the entirety of Room 9 in the museum. The altarpiece took sixteen years to complete. The main tables show scenes from the life and martyrdom of Sant Feliu.
The piece was started in 1504 by the painter Perris de Fontaines, who painted the predella. It was later continued by Juan de Borgoña, who painted the central panels. The sculpture was made by Pere Robredo and Joan de Ventrica.
