Among these fragments of bronze ex-votos dating from the 4th century BC the forms of an arm, a horn and animal legs have been identified. The Museum preserves other examples of ex-votos which show parts of anthropomorphic figures, such as shoulders, legs, feet and even heads. These figures are all small, between two and three centimetres high. Traditionally, ex-votos have a religious purpose and were offered to the saints for their intercession in situations of need.
