The tajine is a casserole with a conical lid made of baked and polychrome clay. It has the same name as the traditional dish of Morocco and the whole of the Maghreb, the region of North Africa. The lid is decorated with paintings and motifs of horizontal lines and borders, and ends with a round handle. It was a donation from a visitor to the museum on the occasion of the temporary exhibition of the Network of Ethnology Museums "Landscapes on the table" (2019).
