A selection of objects from the excavations at Turó Rodó

This discovery dates from 1925, when Enric Botet i Sisó, the pharmacist of Lloret, came across these archaeological remains during the construction of a path. Thanks to the archaeological excavations carried out in 2000-2003, the entire late-Iberian settlement has now been unearthed. It was organised into four areas: the defensive system and access to the precinct, the open central area, the seven dwellings adjoining the inner north wall and the small homes on the south side.

Here is a small sample of the objects discovered during the excavation and consolidation process.
