This is one of three deposits meant to hold wine. Each has a capacity of 6,000 litres. They are paved with opus signinum, and the place where the walls meet the ground is rounded to prevent leaking. They are located on a slope and are connected to each other with conduits. It should be borne in mind that the wine of Baetulo was exported to different places around the Roman empire, such as the Italian peninsula, France and even what is today Great Britain.
