An audiovisual guide featuring interviews with the men and women who used to work here. It captures both the character and knowledge of the local people and the local area.
Some of the oldest machines in the factory can be found on this floor, in the cleaning area. In the middle of the room you can see the imposing "plansichters", large industrial sieves which separate the product made in the mills. Next to them you can see the "sasor" which produces the white flour.
Moving out onto the balcony, you can enjoy the view from the mill, with the irrigation channel that diverts water from the Muga river to the factory, passing by the old graveyard and medieval wall. This water is also used to water the fields and vegetable gardens that run alongside its winding route.
