A small four-sided geometrically-shaped purse. Woven by hand with silk thread and metallic silver thread, it is decorated with plant motifs and central lettering which says: “SOI PARA LA SEÑORA CONDESA DE ALCOLEA” (I’M FOR THE LADY COUNTESS OF ALCOLEA).

Women and men used this type of small pouch more for its looks than for real and practical use. Many of these pieces bear mottoes and phrases dedicated to their owners.
