Oil painting on wood prepared with a layer of plaster. With a landscape in the background and light coming from the top right corner, there is the image of a character dressed as a nobleman, looking towards the viewer and holding a very thin cord. 

Below there is the following inscription: “How the Pyrenees became a trace of ink in the hands of Verdaguer”. It was donated by the artist in 1998.
