A bronze muzzle for a horse that was found in the Pedrera necropolis near a horse’s skull that still had the bit between its jaws. It is made of a single piece and is very finely crafted, with the front decorated with a cut wheel between four semicircles that are also cut. It was most likely manufactured in the Mediterranean area between Italy and Macedonia. Similar specimens are found in the British Museum and the Louvre. It possibly comes from the burial of a warrior and dates from the end of the 4th century BC.
