Villalbí motorcycle

The Villalbí motorcycle (1904) has a single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with opposing automatic intake valves, and a long piston travel equivalent to 429.83 cc. It had a battery and spool starter, the carburettor had separate controls for gas and air, while transmission was performed by a trapezoidal gearless belt, with pedals to assist on inclines. On the top of the fuel tank there are three controls to adjust the spark, gas and air. The decompressor control was located on the handlebars, while the contact system was operated as on modern motorbikes.
