This 17th century panel consists of twelve tiles and shows Santa Madrona, the patron of Barcelona, raised on a cloud. She holds a ship and the martyr’s palm in her hands. In the background we perceive the port of Barcelona and the mountain of Montjuïc. The panel comes from the old Carrer de la Pansa in Calella and is one of the oldest ceramic pieces in the Museum.
