Inside, the piece retains the original label of the dressmaker who created it: Charles Frederick Worth (Paris, 1826-1895). A designer and dressmaker, Worth is renowned for being the first person to sign his pieces and create new models for each season, elements which defined what we now know as Haute Couture.
