A stone bench, leaning against the kitchen wall at the Verdaguer House-Museum, which can be used for two pitchers. The part where the pitchers were placed is worn from use. It is interesting to note the water trails and the hole carved in the stone to drain the water away. Pitcher benches are usually free-standing pieces constructed in wood or metal. Folgueroles still preserves pitcher benches like these, but it is highly unusual to find them elsewhere.
